The following Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, including reservations made through mobile applications and this website. We ask that you take a moment to read these Terms before making a reservation.
By using this website and the B Loft Hotel reservation system, you accept the Terms and Conditions detailed below, which form the basis of your contract with B Loft Hotel .
Within the scope of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to the following terms:
1. Definitions “Company” or “we” means B Loft Hotel
located at Alacamescit mah.Cumhuriyet Caddesi No 54 Osmangazi Bursa / Turkey .
“Reservation” refers to a reservation made to stay at B Loft Hotel and benefit from the functions and/or other services or products we offer.
“Contract” means the Reservation and these Conditions and any other conditions stated to apply to the reservations. “Hotel” refers to the B Loft Hotel
you have booked . “Terms” means the Terms contained herein. “Website” means www.blofthotel.com. “VAT” refers to value added tax.
“KVKK” refers to the law on the protection of personal data.
Additionally, “you”, “your” and “your” refer to all persons named in the booking and include any person(s) who is subsequently added to or replaces a person on the booking at a future date. The words “we”, “us” and “our” all refer to B Loft Hotel .
2. Reservations
By making a reservation you acknowledge that you are authorized to make this transaction on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and confirm that all members of your party agree to be bound by the reservation Conditions.
When your reservation is made, a confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Keep a copy of this confirmation for information purposes. Reservation confirmations are made subject to hotel occupancy.
As soon as you receive the reservation confirmation, you must carefully check the details in the confirmation. If there is an error or missing item, you must contact B Loft Hotel immediately. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions that are not notified to us within twenty-four hours following the sending of the confirmation, or in cases where you provide us with false/erroneous information. 3. Payment for the Reservation
During reservation or registration, we will receive your credit/debit card information and by providing this information to us, we will be authorized to use the card information you have provided for your debts that may arise against us. In addition, in certain cases or if the reservation involves the provision of certain products or services, we have the right to receive full payment in advance or require a deposit when making the reservation. No reservation will be deemed confirmed until the above-mentioned information and permissions are given and/or advance payment or deposit payment is made.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit cards:, MasterCard, Visa; debit cards, Bank Transfer
Checks are not accepted as payment.
In order to benefit from early booking fees, the card you used to make your reservation must be presented together with the appropriate ID card of the card holder when you arrive at the hotel.
During your hotel check-in, we will make provision for the collection of accommodation fees (room price, VAT, accommodation and other services fees for which taxes may be charged) and incidental expenses expected to be incurred during your stay from your credit/debit card. Instead of obtaining authorization from the card, we can also choose to obtain collateral by using another valid payment method, including cash payment.
Ancillary expenses to be charged to your room during your stay will be calculated daily by the hotel's system. If the amount of these expenses exceeds the provision amount received during registration, additional authorization will automatically be requested and if this provision cannot be obtained, we may request payment by another method or a deposit, otherwise we reserve the right to not allow you to enter your room.
All outstanding charges must be paid in full upon departure from the Hotel. If these charges do not exceed the provision received at registration (check-in), the provision for the unused amount will be cancelled. However, it is beyond our control how long it takes for your bank to process this cancellation. If you are going to stay at the hotel for several nights, we may ask you to pay for the expenses you incurred during your stay at more frequent intervals.
4. Prices
Unless a specific room rate is selected, prices published on the Websites are average nightly prices per room. Meals, service charges or VAT (at the applicable rate) are only included in the price if they are stated to be included in the price. Conditions regarding minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation fee and other conditions may apply to some rates, as specified. If a price is selected on the Websites, the total amount corresponding to your desired length of stay will be shown in the booking summary. Prices in foreign currency are reflected in the account in the currency of the country where the hotel is located, and the foreign currency calculation tool is only a tool that provides an approximate value.
The VAT breakdown provided is based on the current VAT rate and shows the VAT treatment expected to apply to goods or services. VAT will be payable at the rate prevailing at the time and place when the invoice is issued or the booking confirmation is given and may vary depending on the current rate or the application of VAT on goods and services purchased at that time.
New taxes and tax rates that will come into force in 2020 will also be added to the prices.
5. Check-in / Check-out Requirements
To ensure security and prevent fraud, guests may be asked to verify their identity during registration by presenting a document proving the reservation, passport/ID card and a valid credit or debit card to be swiped through the device in the presence of the cardholder. If the guests are coming from outside Turkey, we are legally obliged to ask for details about the passport/ID card number and place of issue and where the guests will go next. These records will be kept for at least 12 months. Such records may be disclosed to the police or given to the police for examination in connection with the investigation or prevention of crime or in other cases required by applicable law. The above information may be requested for each member of your group over the age of 16.
Unless otherwise stated in the reservation information, guests may check in at any time after 14:00 on the scheduled arrival date. Rooms guaranteed by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will be held until 23.59 on the scheduled arrival date, unless a different agreement is made directly with the Hotel. A non-guaranteed reservation will be held until 18:00 on the date of arrival, after which time we will have the right to rent the room to someone else unless the guest notifies the hotel of their late arrival.
On the check-out date, we ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12:00 (unless your reservation states that you will be leaving at a later time). Depending on room occupancy, the Guest may wish to check out later than this time. In such a case, an hourly fee may be charged at the Hotel's discretion.
Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules determined by the Hotel. If you want to get more information, please contact the Company or Hotel.
6 . Cancellation Policy and No-shows of the Reservation Made
Cancellation policy varies depending on the booked room rate. Please see the detailed price descriptions for individual bookings provided at the time of booking.
a)Rooms in the “Best Price” category - advance payment for the entire stay is required at the time of reservation, this payment is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be changed. The advance payment amount will be deducted from the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. Cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
b) Rooms in the “Flexible Rate ” category – These reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14.00 local time, up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this time, cancellation and no-show fees will be charged and these fees will be debited from the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation fee for each room booked if the above cancellation conditions are not adhered to.
7. Changes or Cancellation by the Company
In very rare cases we may need to cancel your reservation. In this case, your money will be fully refunded, but we will not bear any further liability to you for this cancellation. However, we will use all reasonable efforts to transfer a confirmed booking canceled by us to another location of similar standards to the Hotel.
Your reservation is made for any room category at the Hotel and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a particular room or the same room for the duration of your stay. However, for operational or security reasons we may need to assign you another room. If, at the time of booking, we need to transfer you to another room with a lower price than the room you booked, we will refund you the difference in price.
We do not accept liability if your reservation is canceled due to your failure to comply with the Reservation Conditions. Likewise, we do not accept liability for any expenses and fees you may have to pay or any damages you may incur due to any change or cancellation.
8. Loss-Damage
By making a booking you accept liability for any harm or damage caused to you or any member of your party. We reserve the right to debit the full cost of such damage or loss from your credit or debit card or to request cash payment if the limit of your credit or debit card is not sufficient, and you hereby authorize us to carry out these transactions. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any compensation claims that may be made to you later. You also agree to pay all litigation expenses that may arise in the future for us and for third parties who suffer damage due to such loss or damage.
9. Accessibility
Options consisting of specially designed rooms according to your individual needs are available in our hotel.
Contact our reservations department to discuss your individual needs and determine room availability and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
10. Pool and Pier
At times, facilities may be closed for use due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions or for reasons beyond our control. We endeavor to notify all Hotel guests of such situations, but this may not always be possible. If this is an important reason for you to choose the Hotel, we recommend that you call the Hotel directly to check if this facility is available before you arrive.
11. Parking Lot
There is no car park belonging to the hotel. The vacant lot in front of the hotel may have limited available space during your stay. These Terms and Conditions will also apply to the use of the car park. Contact the Hotel directly for more information. Risks that may arise due to leaving the vehicles and the belongings inside the vehicles belong to the vehicle owner/customer. We do not accept liability for damage or theft that may occur to vehicles left in the parking lot, except in cases where liability is mandatory or cannot be limited in accordance with the relevant laws.
12. Activities at the Hotel
We would like to inform you that weddings, events and parties may be held in our hotel at certain times throughout the year, you may think that these events may disturb you. For more information, contact the Hotel directly before staying at the Hotel.
13. Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with the Company's procedures and/or requests regarding the Company's code of conduct, Hotel property, Hotel staff, other guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disturb the comfort and peace of other guests, not to interfere with the smooth operation of the Hotel, or to attack other guests or Hotel staff. We reserve the right to refuse you or members of your party to stay at the Hotel or use the services, or to remove you and those members from the Hotel, if we reasonably believe that these conditions have been violated. In such a case, we are not obliged to refund you due to your being deprived of the room you stayed in, other services or any other damage or expense you incurred.
14. Smoking Prohibition
By law, guests are prohibited from smoking in rooms or public areas. In case of contrary behavior, sanctions and fines stipulated in the relevant laws are applied. If the guest is found to be a smoker, the relevant fine and additional costs, including but not limited to corner cleaning and burn repair costs, if necessary, will be added to the invoice.
15. Children
All children (persons under the age of 16) staying at the hotel must always be accompanied by an adult and must always be under the supervision of an adult.
A baby cot and an extra folding bed are available at the hotel. However, these are limited in number and provided that they are available. Additional fees may apply. Please check when booking.
16. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
17. Personal Information
Telephone calls may be recorded from time to time to improve the quality of the service we provide to you.
All personal information we store and use is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request or can be reviewed at www.blofthotel.com.
18. Closed Circuit Camera
A closed circuit camera system is used 24 hours a day in and around the hotel building for the following purposes: detection and prevention of crime, protection of the health and safety of guests and staff, protection and administrative management of the hotel and quality control. By making a reservation, booking a room or visiting the Hotel, you agree to the use of a closed circuit camera system in and around the building, to store the information recorded in this system and to use it in any event we deem necessary.
19. Health Problems
Our hotel is not suitable for accommodation of disabled guests.
If you or any member of your party has a health problem or disability that may affect your stay at the Hotel, please call our reservations department and inform us so that we can make arrangements to meet the specific needs of the person(s) concerned, or inform you if we are unable to make such preparations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the Hotel cannot prepare to meet these special requirements as we were not informed of this at the time of booking.
20. Events Beyond Our Control
The company may not be liable for floods, earthquakes, extremely adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other disasters, acts of terrorism, fire, power outage, failure to provide gas, water or other infrastructure services, malfunction of equipment, machines, computers, vehicles or collapse of any part of the building, is unable to perform its duties as a direct or indirect result of any event that constitutes force majeure or that it cannot reasonably control, including but not limited to an employee-employer dispute, injury or death of a person(s) as a result of an accident unrelated to the Hotel, or such events. The Company will not accept any liability and will not pay compensation if it directly or indirectly affects the fulfillment of the Company's obligations.
21. Limitation of Liability
The Hotel will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage that may occur to the belongings left by the guests in the rooms and/or in the Hotel building. Our hotel is not responsible for any loss, loss or damage to the guests' luggage and personal belongings. It is mandatory to use the safety deposit boxes in the rooms for money/valuables. It is also recommended that they have insurance.
The Company will not be liable for indirect damage, consequential or any damage of a purely economic nature, or loss of profit, reputation or opportunity (whether or not caused by negligence on the part of the Company, its personnel, contractors or agents). The total liability of the Company will not exceed the amount of fees received under the Agreement.
22. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract and the non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are subject to Turkish law.
Bodrum courts are the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from the Agreement, including disputes regarding non-contractual obligations.
Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection it may have now or in the future to the filing of a lawsuit in the Bodrum courts (on the grounds that these courts are incompetent or on any other grounds).
23. Information on the Website
Although all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website, the Company accepts no liability for any errors or omissions that may exist in this information and reserves the right to change, cancel or vary any arrangement contained on the Website without notice.
The copyright on the content of the Website belongs to the Company and this content cannot be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or modified for any purpose without prior written permission.
The trademarks used on the Website are the property of the respective trademark owners. Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We accept no responsibility for the content or use of these sites.
A person anywhere in the world with an internet connection can access this Website. However, the Site may not be available at all times due to maintenance or repair or computer problems or internet crashes, interruptions in internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

24. Changes to Terms
B Loft Hotel reserves the right to cancel, change or vary the arrangements and content on the Website and/or make changes or corrections to these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
